We are eager to get back to the office after spending the past couple of months on the third leg of the Great Circle Route . While away we observed the following, which we would like to share with you:
1. No matter how far from civilization we veered off the beaten path; if there was a For Sale sign on a remote island on the rivers or on a cottage lawn on a quiet cove, it was almost always a Coldwell Banker sign!! The blue and white brand is universally recognized and respected. We are coming home more certain than ever that we are affiliated with the best full-service real estate company. We never missed an opportunity to stop in and visit with Coldwell Banker offices along the way. We met and networked with agents from many of our “feeder markets”. Many already either know someone in Naples or knew someone looking to buy! They were glad to now have met a referral contact personally!
2. Even though we have a great office set up on board (see photo inset), there were many days while we were underway that we did not have reliable cell service and Internet connections- Krista, Meagan and Sam held down the fort like the competent experts that they are and handled all situations with the skill and efficiency of seasoned professionals. Together The NaplesRealEstate.com Team closed $ 4 million in sales in the last 60 days and currently has over $ 4 million pending, including a $1.9 million dollar listing under contract that Chip negotiated last week! PLUS, We took some great new listings, too!
3. Unanimously, the Internet is the number one means to advertise, as told to us by the top agents we met along the way, as well as is evident by the number of quality leads we have been receiving each day from our websites. We now have 3 websites…and you can follow us on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn as well as subscribing to our blogs and YOUTUBE channels. We intend to continue to dominate the Naples area with our successful web presence.
