It’s that special time of year again when we are reminded of the power of thankfulness.
We consider it an honor and privilege to have worked with all the buyers and sellers we have connected with this year. Thank you also to all the wonderful vendors: loan officers, title companies, inspectors, attorneys and appraisers. Thank you to our boss, our partners, our colleagues and our competitors. Thank you to all the painters and landscapers, the architects, the movers and the homewatch service providers…I have always found it to be such an interesting fact that on average 140 jobs are created for every transaction closed. It is no wonder the housing industry is the foundation of our country’s economy.
